These are the materials I use when painting murals.

Paints To achieve the right consistency, translucency and opacity, I use water-based latex acrylic pants purchased at local craft stores. When using acrylic paints, I always mix with Minwax Polycrylic Protective Finish in Clear Satin. Polycrylic is a durable medium and because I mix it with all my paint, serves as a finishing coat as well. When I need to glaze- or wash-in a large translucent area, I also add water to the mixture until I reach the desired consistency.

While I try and match my colors to the approved sketch. My murals are original art and colors may very. I mix all my colors based on the approved sketch.

Technique My style is considered quite whimsical. That means I strive for happy, illustrative paintings. I combine various
techniques such as: Outlining, Dry-brushing, Smudging,
and Texturizing to achieve your unique final mural.
