• Make sure the walls are painted with a Satin or Eggshell finish
• Remove furniture and pictures and repair walls
• Make running water available: i.e. bathroom or utility sink
• Make arrangements for pets and children to be out of the way
• Approve and sign-off on sketches and estimate

at the time of painting.
